Dark, brooding, paranoid isolation and the menace of the urban environment are central themes in Taxi Driver’s intense character study, and all are perfectly represented in Guy Peelleart’s disconcerting image. It is clear from the way he glances furtively in the shadows of the deserted street that Travis is a troubled individual, and something sinister is in the works.
1-sheets without the regular fold lines are rather hard to come by these days. This unfolded 30x40 uses identical printing artwork, the one minor exception being the NSS information which runs up the side rather than along the bottom.
